Indemnity Clause for Volunteering Work

I declare that I am participating at my own risk in LEAD Institute’s volunteer events. I do hereby agree and undertake to indemnify you, each member of the said Organising Committee and all other persons concerned in the organisation of LEAD Institute’s volunteer events and will at times hereafter indemnify you and keep you indemnified from and against all proceedings, claims, expenses and liabilities whatsoever which may be taken or made against you or incurred by you or any of you in respect of consequences of any accident or injuries and/or if it results in death to myself whether caused by my own act or that of any other persons whilst participating in LEAD Institute’s volunteer events. Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes. I also agree to receive further communication from LEAD Institute regarding your events and your latest update. By registering online, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions, full content of this indemnity clause and risks involved, and am prepared to accept such risk on my own accord.
